I think it's a mix of both and just the pure grace of God.
Because earlier in my career, I didn't really have like mentors.
I didn't realize the importance of having mentors because I still had that view of, oh, I can do it on my own.
I can figure this out.

And so even but I think it was because of the type of companies I was working for.
And when I and later on, I realized so.
I started out at PWC, big company.
From there, I went to a smaller company.
Yeah, I went to a smaller company that was growing.
And so because the company was growing, I was growing with the company.
And then I stopped growing because the company stopped really.
Like there was a time where I reached my max.
Yes.
And then I went to another company that was much bigger, but I pivoted.
That's when I pivoted to FP&A.
But then I went from this billion company to a much smaller company who wanted my expertise working at a billion company to help streamline the processes.
And from there, because I was in that seat, I was able to see way more than I would have seen in a larger organization.
So when you're in a big organization, sometimes the scope of your responsibility or what you see is very small because there is a lot of you.
