And she's a Forbes 50, I think she, yeah, she's a Forbes 50 over, one of Forbes 50 over 50, very successful woman.

But yeah, it's making sure that you are surrounding yourself with that personal board of directors.

It's a concept I've been championing forever.

Because it may not just be one person, it may be different people for different reasons or different areas of your life.

But really having that personal board of directors is very important for your growth.

It will help you see the things that you may not be seeing from where you are.

Help you say, hey, watch out for this.

Even a watch out for this is valuable.

So you can learn from people's mistakes.

Maybe they know something.

They're just not doing it.

You never know.

They may not be your sole source of inspiration or advice, but they may have one thing or two that they can share.
