Yes.

So I got in at a time where the real estate was booming.

So I got a little lucky, I guess you could say, but I knew what I was doing.

I had built so many other people's businesses and coached so many real estate agents on how to build a business.

I think that is the difference between me and so many other real estate agents is that I never looked at myself as just a real estate agent.

I was like, I want to build a business of my own.

I want to be a business owner.

And when I built these five franchises, I was like, I can do this.

So I just took a leap of faith and I believed in myself and prepared before I took that leap.

That's really important.

Wow, I would say in my young 20s.

In my young 20s, with my first marriage, I was a stay-at-home mom because I had twins.

And so at that time, I stayed home because we didn't want to pay for daycare.

And so at that moment in my life, I decided to get my real estate license.

But before that,

I was like sitting at home going like, I'm bored.

What am I going to do with myself?

And I have a dance background.

So I decided that I was going to go and sub lease a place to teach dance to little kids.

And that was the first time that I was like, I told my husband at the time, I'm like, I want to do this.
