So knowing what I know now, I was like, way back when, I had the itch to be my own boss.
And I didn't even know it.
And so I went from subleasing to being a dance teacher to then launching a cleaning business to becoming a real estate agent.
And now a business owner.
I think that the greatest things that I have done is build other leaders in my career.
I believe that sometimes my biggest role as a leader is borrowing my belief in someone until they can actually believe it on their own.
So I feel like I always am borrowing my belief like, hey, you can do it until finally they get it.
And they're like, all right, I'm going to go off on my own.
And I really think that that's not only a passion, but it's what I was put on earth to do.
Yeah.
It's my purpose.
Do you sometimes feel like, you know, the skill, teaching the skill is not really like the hardest part about being a business owner.
I think the hardest part about being a business owner or a leader or a team lead is...
allowing other people to believe in themselves like and you can't teach that right like i can teach a skill i can teach caesar how to sell properties and how to negotiate and how to read contracts right and you could do the same thing in the mortgage company but the one thing that we can't do is make people believe in themselves but with time i feel like your affirmations and people your influence you know as a leader starts making people believe that they can do it too

He just attracts people to just start talking to them.
