So the kind of typical rat ex uh environment and the Disney World of rat cages.

And so they found after three months, if you look at the brains of those rats, the outer c covering of the brain, the cortex, actually got thicker in the rats raised in Disney World.

it was a it was a good amount of um uh good amount of time.

And um uh so that that was that was the first discovery that the adult mammalian brain could change in response to the environment.

And um uh that will literally make new brain cells pop up and get integrated into your memory circuits.
