brought up isn't it like so um we have a dad's group within the um the clear house family um there's mum's groups there's just other types of groups like sibling groups and family groups and they do all sorts of like events throughout the year for us to like meet other families who are in that same club that no one wants to be a part of but we're unfortunately in that club and um we're all a great support to each other and that's through clear house and

If it just stopped when the child died, then you wouldn't really be able to function the way we're doing now.
So it's amazing.
Yeah, so it was in our little dads group chat.
One of the boys put a message up saying, I'm a little bit lost.
I need to find something to challenge myself with.
And he put out that he picked this triathlon with a twist.
It's an air wad for challenge.
It's Snowdonia, where you hike Snowdonia, you then cycle around Snowdonia, and then you do a kayak just for the laugh.
And I was like, I was going to say, oh, we don't swim in that lake.
But hopefully not.
But yeah, so then I was like, well, that sounds like a bit of me.
I'll join on with that.
So there's four of us, four dads who've all lost our way a little bit after losing our kids.
So we're getting together.
We're doing a fundraiser for it.
It's on a JustGiving page, which I can share with you if that's cool.
Yeah, and it starts in September, so the challenge is September.
So I haven't started my training yet, as you can see, but I will be bang on for it.
