But a lot of the older guys that have been doing this for a while, they reinvest those dollars into getting additional bank loans to get more acreage and to produce more beef.
because we've been saying herd sizes are going to be low for three or four years so with those additional profits come additional leverage well now if the president kicks the stool out from under pricing and you've leveraged yourself at four dollars a pound beef and that drops down into the low three dollars or the high two dollars now you've left them out on a limb with these operating loans equipment loans etc that they need and you're going to start to see beef bankruptcy numbers start to increase as well
So there is nothing positive happening right now.

The other thing I want to say very quickly, and maybe Nick or Anne or Frank or James can... This new beef policy that just came out, Don, that was a result of a big MAGA beef farmer coming in from Colorado to meet with the president last week.
And his name is Jack...
I can't think of the lack's name, but I'll send it to you guys.
He was sued not long ago for fraud.
And in the lawsuit that was settled in court, he had to pay some out for lying.
And as the people that were suing him had to pay some out for lying.
Basically he came into the oval office and said, we need more grazing rights.
We need more of this.
We need more of that.
And the president was like, this is a great guy.
This is MAGA encapsulated.
And the next week they announced a beef plan
that absolutely mirrored everything this guy that just lost this lawsuit asked the president to do.
That's how we set beef policy.
Not by bringing in the experts from all over the country and getting the experts at the Department of Agriculture to create a policy good for producers.
We did it because a maggot chowder head came into the Oval Office and said, this is what I want.
