All of this tends to get more and more vanilla.
We tend to narrow the scope of what we do, what we ask for
And all of a sudden it becomes like it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy, like, oh well we haven't done a new position in years, so therefore we can't do a new position 'cause we we are people that don't do new positions.
