I've known you as a teammate, playing for the Ewell Islands, and you obviously build a really good bond.
So, yeah, happy to see you again, brother.
All right.
Ready?
Yep.
Starting.
Queen's Park Oval, Baranaro, Cricket Academy, Warner Park, Sabina Park, Kensington Oval, Lourdes, the Oval, Edgbaston, Adelaide, Adelaide, Melbourne, the Gabba,
I started with my dad.
He used to play semi-professional cricket and he used to always be out on the weekends, even playing windball cricket as well.
So I literally just used to go with him every weekend and I think I found a love for the game after that.
And from there, it was all about just playing in the yard, playing with my friends, and playing with my family as well.
So, yeah, I just got a big love for the game from then, and I was just excited, man.
I used to love watching cricket.
Obviously, we had amazing legends, Brian Lara, Ramneesh Sawan, Chandrapal, those guys.
And, yeah, I just had a huge love for the game, and from there, it just kicked off.
At the start, it was really mainly batting.
When I went to the Queen's Spa coaching clinic, I was a batsman.
That's what I loved doing.
And from there, I think when I went to primary school, they had a cricket team, but they didn't have a wicketkeeper.
So that's why I was like, okay, I'll do it.
