But there are disappointments, man.

I don't think any sportsman who played at the highest level went through a period where they were just perfect, you know?

Yeah, that's so true.

Yeah.

It was special.

I think a lot of credit has to go to our coaching staff and management.

They made things

really easy and professional for us.

They set a standard.

And having myself, Josh, Josh De Silva, I think our experience really helped with the younger guys to set a standard in the team.

We always said that we wanted to keep high standards, be professionals.

And obviously youngsters now coming in, they probably wouldn't have been exposed to a tournament so big and something like that.

So I think it's an amazing initiative that they had.

You saw guys coming out of the tournament as well, the likes of our team, Navin Bideysi, outstanding, Jed Gouli had a brilliant tournament.

So it's a tournament where you can see, because obviously with CPL they didn't have a tournament to pick guys from really, to break out from.

So I think it was a really good initiative and yeah, it was special winning the first one.

Yeah, because I remember I showed like in your days playing for the other islands, there was like the Caribbean T20 and stuff like that was old.

So I think that was like something, a platform you used to see Bravo, Polar, all those guys playing in those tournaments and obviously it didn't happen for a while.

So it's good to have another tournament like that now.
