And so I think there's two things separate here, right?

There is how we just feel good about ourselves one way or another.

And then I think there is maybe the question that is held in here a little bit, which is how do our partners go the extra mile to make us believe, despite everything else, that we are great?

It's not to say that that's an obligation, but your partner...

And then you guys have like mad passionate sex.

At the end of that, you're not like, well, I feel like better about myself because my partner just like had to, like they just- No, you do.

So like clearly the needle is able to be moved by the partner-

I think attractiveness ties into so much more than just like the physical piece of meat or like

like object you are.

It's about like the active, intelligent, dynamic, like entity as a whole.

So regardless of like how somebody looks, a huge aspect of attraction, I think, is what your like interactive life is with them.

a good thing to do to equip your partner with the tools that they need to make you feel the way that you want to feel i think that's like a gift you can give your partner you look like you're skeptical oh no i wasn't just like the flip side of that are they getting signals that make them believe other than what their partner's saying so like i somebody says like oh of course like you're beautiful babe and then they're like checking other women or looking at you know uh

Yeah.

I mean, I'd say like best case scenario is all that insecurity or concern or anything else.
