Wow.
And it seriously blows me away.
Like it makes me feel so hopeful about people and hopeful about the world.
And, you know, I'm not kind of like a blindly optimistic person.
Like I'm someone who's very like plugged into the political moment, which is obviously feeling like quite hopeless.
But I think that one of the roles that artists take, and I think also queer people is like,
you know, to remind us in these moments when we feel very fractured of the importance of community, of togetherness, of like joy and play and laughter and like all of those things.
And I really feel like I am getting to, you know, I'm on the fringes of kind of a more like traditional life, but I feel like I'm at the center
of that and it is honestly like it's just such a privilege and I feel like every single day I just am like I am so grateful that this has worked out in the way that it has and that it is like still continuing to unfold and I feel like I'm still at the beginning of my journey in terms of like what
kind of impact I hope to make with my art and the way that I move through the world and the way that I like give that back to other people.
So yeah, it's honestly an honor.
I feel like really emotional talking about it.
Yeah.
This is actually something I've been thinking about a lot because I'm kind of in a transitory moment.
I've been doing these street poems.
I work all sorts of events.
My real childhood dream is to be a novelist.
That was my first dream.
I've been writing books on legal notepads since I was five years old.
And I've spent a lot of time kind of avoiding
