big radical that's going to do crazy things to the market i'm not sure there's evidence for that but nonetheless that is the perception of it right and so it's the idea that there you can sort of feel certainly some of the the press whisperings is that if burnham appoints milliband that it's all getting a bit too red up in here i mean what does that sound right to you

Yeah, I think that's basically it.

That's the other side.

That's the criticism.

And there are some, you know, Labour people who think Ed Miliband would be good, but it's just not worth the intense scrutiny and the press losing their, you know, their marbles and even potentially the bond markets freaking out.

I would say it's definitely mixed, but I think there is a good chance that Ed Miliband could be Chancellor, from what I'm hearing.

I mean, I don't think any of this stuff is sewn up.

I think some in the Labour Party would also like a bit more injection of fresh talent into the Cabinet.

You know, there's a feeling that if this is going to be a break from Keir Starmer, it needs to be a cleaner break than perhaps has been previously discussed.

But...

Ultimately, I think you are going to see a mixture of some old faces and some of the current cabinet in there.

But all of it is going to be pretty well established.

I would say a lot of household names.

Well, when you look at the polling about who in the Labour Party is popular, I mean...

Lots of them not popular across the entire public, with the exception of Andy Burnham.

But certainly amongst Labour members, Ed Miliband is quite popular.

Angela Rayner, also quite popular.

There's murmurs around her as well.

Obviously, she's been involved with her own scandal that went national.
