Adam opens with more thoughts on his attempts to claim the Guinness Podcast record, and also talks about the latest Basic Cable Commentary now available at AdamCarolla.com. Alison then jumps right into the news with a story about Rush Limbaugh's rant against environmentalists. The guys also talk about the sale of the world's most expensive dog, and Adam talks about labeling and confusing his old VHS porno tapes. In studio today is IndyCar racing champion Dario Franchitti. Adam talks to him about his Scottish heritage and his early days of racing. Adam also takes a look at one of the cars Dario owns, and tries to predict what's inside. Dario also talks about his marriage to Ashley Judd, and how supportive she is during his races. The guys talk a bit more about the old days of racing when they wore leather helmets and had no sense of history. They also discuss selling cars that were once considered not competitive, and talk about how cars need to be up to code so people don't cheat. Dario has to head out, but in the last segment of the show, the guys return with a round of Know Your SH. Alison then jumps back into the news with a clip from The Situation's recent bomb during the Donald Trump roast. Adam analyzes the footage and tries to figure out if they're bad jokes or just bad delivery. Wrapping up the show, Alison reads an excerpt from her upcoming addiction recovery memoir and discusses the upcoming competition to go on a date with her.
