Change can be difficult, that is a no brainer. Learning to adapt to that change can be more beneficial than we think. Getting uncomfortable can also be a good thing. In this episode I touch on the topic of ADHD negativity in chat forums and why it can be detrimental to stay stuck in a negative mindset. I touch on what I wish my therapist would have told me before giving me medication, the pros and cons of habit and organizational apps. Why having so many can cause you more issues. And why your note taking system and journal system might need adjusted from season to season. Start small and grow BIG. Communication is one of the most important things in relationships and that is no different for us, no matter how inadequate we feel. Why is it important to communicate? So we can get help and be seen.
