Shahroo and I first became friends following a meeting at our Pan Macmillan Bluebird launch of our first books, The Kindness Method’ and ‘The 28-day Alcohol-free Challenge,” since then we have spent many hours waxing lyrical about all things behavioural change. Shahroo’s message is powerful and real. Her own struggles with body image and weight led to what she describes as an addiction to food from a very young age.
