The perfect morning routine

The perfect morning routine (Ritual) What is the perfect morning routine or maybe the most perfect evening routine? What is /are the most prefect Rituals that start your day or end? There are some many who tell us of what this perfect way to be, if you search the internet/YouTube you'll be over whelmed at the amount of noise in the area. This can be so destructive as when we can't follow these 'Perfect' ways these 'Perfect' Rituals and make us feel so guilty because we fail at being perfect. I am not saying morning routines are wrong because they are really important when we do them our way and even make them - Wait for it - We make them our DAILY ROUTINES and consistently do things that help us grow. Let's use these - well the shining examples - and model what is being shared and adapt it to suit ourselves. I'll share with you a couple of examples from my coaching clients and how we made it totally possible and successful. I'll even share my flexible way that I think will encourage you to find your way and feel empowered!
