I love finding anglers who are doing things that challenge the common beliefs. For Victorians who fish Port Phillip Bay, snapper have always been a spring and summer option. But recently a handful of knowledgeable anglers have proven that snapper are a year-round option in the bay. Paul Malov is a Melbourne resident, successful tournament bream angler and kayak fishing enthusiast.
