Well, right now there's not a scheduled vote this week on the Take Care of America's Veterans Act, which is really political malpractice. I just commissioned a poll with Mark Mitchell at the honest poll. And as he would say that this Veterans Bill is almost as popular as oxygen. It's a collection of 62 different bipartisan veterans bills. And I pulled the biggest bills of this package, like the Veterans Act. Act with likely midterm voters has got an 89% support. The Veterans Benefits Expansion Act, 86% support. And when you look at those that oppose it all in the single digit, so we're seeing plus 83 margin, plus 82 margin. And this is something that we've known for a long time, but there's a handful of House Republicans that have been listening too much to Doug Collins.

The VA secretary who's been trying to undermine this bill because he's been cut out of the process. And Politico reported that, CNN's reported that. It's unfortunate that we have a former VA secretary, or a VA secretary who's a former congressman, who's been undermining this bill. But that's why I commissioned the poll. It is politically the right thing to do. And we see that likely midterm voters are more likely over 60%. to support a candidate that votes for the Take Care of America's Veterans Act. So not only is it the right thing to do for veterans, I wish the House Republicans would vote for this bill just because it's good for our veteran population, but it's also politically advantageous for them going into a very tough midterm season.

Well, you're absolutely right about President Trump. I worked with him in his first term to help pass the Mission Act and the VA Accountability Act. Uh, two of the signature, just hallmark legislative victories of his first term. And that's why so many of us in the veteran community were very excited not to just play defense, but to go on offense and to build upon those victories to provide veterans more choice in their health care. And in Trump's first Term, he fired Secretary Shulkin for not moving fast enough on healthcare choice. I would say that VA Secretary Doug Collins will likely go down as one of the worst VA secretaries in American history, definitely in the top three, because we had such a huge opportunity to build on those legislative accomplishments.
