There was a little irritation, you know, around the bursa and labrum from what I remember. And yeah, he just cleaned it up. But yeah, this is great, great news. So you went in for surgery, not knowing what surgery, and then woke up and they told you, not that bad? Yeah, I looked down on my sling and I didn't have the big bulky one. So I'm like, I think I got the cleanup procedure done.

So yeah, that was nice. And then I finally confirmed it and I was so ecstatic. And you're good with no sling, no nothing right now? Yeah, no sling, nothing. I wore it yesterday traveling and yeah, it's all good. What's next? day at a time. I haven't really seen the protocol for this, but from what I've read and two months three months no more than three hopefully I'm hoping as soon as that 60 days is up I'm you know back ready to go your mindset now compared to where it was when you left like like how different is how much relief is there in that whole procedure I mean you have no idea this is you know all the glory to God man this is you know I was kind of preparing for the worst and considering you know how I was feeling I didn't feel too great um so you know yeah being able to come out of this with

No, it's definitely a little sore from the surgery still, but just being able to just walk around and have a sling on is great. I've been sleeping great the past two days, so it's been great.
