A Bad Moment Doesn't Make for a Bad Day

In this podcast I discuss how we need not turn a bad moment into a bad day. It's amazingly easy to exaggerate a couple of bad moments and balloon them into a bad day. We're parents. We will make mistakes. It's all about acknowledging that and then focusing back on making the parenting 'wins' happen. If nothing else I hope you get a useful reminder to be a little more compassionate to yourself
