A Very British Rant: Your Screen Time is Bad for Your Child

I really wanted to share my thesis on how our screen time impacts our children. It's something that I've mentioned in the past but felt it was worth returning for the benefit of new listeners to the podcast. It's easy to slip into the habit of giving our child half our attention and the other half to our phones. And there'll be those of you who need to hear this as a reminder about noticing when the phone takes more of our attention than our child, and the harmful effects it can have.
