Now, even though that seems like a pretty rough topic that's no fun at all, Monica has a way of making it fun to talk about. That means you can look forward to one of the most entertaining episodes in a while. First off, what's up with all of that 'well meaning' relationship advice we get from friends and especially family members, but which is just really awful, if not downright dangerous? Is 'happy wife, happy life' really a thing? And what about when we as men joke about how the wife is 'the boss'? Should it be an option to say 'divorce is not an option'? It's not like we should just glibly drop the 'd bomb' in a relationship, right? Is a relationship really 'hard work'? What makes your relationship with a woman either less or more difficult? Is there a proper 'time to get married', or is that a trap as well? Should couples compromise? What is the deal with watching movies together...it's always a battle to find a flick both of you want to watch, right? Should you really just go read a book in another room while she watches some chick flick? And what's up with actual recommendations out there to blatantly enter into transactional relationships? What about 'not sweating the small stuff' in a relationship? Is it actually healthy for couples to fight?
