اليوم ٣١٥: فضيلة الرحمة في ضوء سلسلة المعجزات في قراءاتنا لهذا اليوم، نركز على رأفة ربنا ودعوتنا لأن نكون رحماء كما هو رحيم. نؤكد على جمال رحمة الله وتقديمه لها رغم عدم استحقاقنا. كما أننا نحقق التوازن بين صلاح البشرية كخليقة الله وانكسارنا بسبب الخطيئة الأصلية. قراءات اليوم هي لوقا 6-8 وأمثال 26: 1-3. Day 315: The Virtue of Mercy In light of a series of miracles in our readings for today, we focuse on our Lord’s compassion and our call to be merciful, as he is. we Hemphasize the beauty of God’s mercy and his offering of it despite our unworthiness. we also strike a balance between the goodness of humanity as God’s creation and our brokenness due to original sin. Today’s readings are Luke 6-8 and Proverbs 26:1-3. I am reading using the Arabic Jesuit Catholic version from Holy Bible App which can be accessed on the app/website. You can also listen to the Bible in a Year podcast in English with Fr Mike Schmitz who did an amazing job. I am using lot of his comments in my reflection as well commentary from different trustworthy resources.
