The Venezuelan government now confirms a high-ranking delegation from the U.S. has arrived in Caracas to set up an agenda aimed at reopening its embassies. It's unclear who's part of that delegation, but they're said to be working on re-establishing diplomatic ties and addressing consequences from the kidnapping of Nicolas Maduro. More than 100 Venezuelans were killed during that mission, including civilians and military personnel. U.S. Southern Command also confirmed U.S. forces boarded another Venezuelan-linked oil tanker in the Caribbean today, the fifth tanker overall, but third just this week. It comes as executives from major oil companies are set to meet with President Trump today at the White House.
