News when you want it with Bloomberg News Now. I'm Nathan Hager. The U.S. blockade of Venezuelan oil continues even after the ouster of Nicolas Maduro. This morning, the Trump administration said the Coast Guard carried out back-to-back seizures of so-called Dark Fleet vessels. One, a Russia flagship formerly known as Bella One, seized in the North Atlantic.

Chapter 2: What recent actions has the U.S. taken regarding Venezuelan oil tankers?
Right now, the S&P 500 is ticking lower, down about a tenth of one percent. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down four tenths percent. The Nasdaq Composite is two tenths of one percent higher. And the 10-year Treasury Yield is down about one and a half basis points at 4.15 percent. Warner Brothers Discovery has rejected an amended takeover offer from Paramount Skydance.
It's encouraging shareholders to stick with the deal with Netflix, even after a personal guarantee of $40 billion from billionaire Larry Ellison for his son David's Paramount bid. Right now, Warner Brothers Discovery shares are up a tenth percent. Paramount Skydance is down four tenths of one percent. NASA employees now have another incentive, a ride on one of Jared Isaacman's private jets.
The billionaire founder of Shift4Payments is currently NASA's newest administrator. The space agency's press secretary posted on X that employees who do exceptional work will be eligible for flyovers and trips with Isaacman to celebrate America's 250th birthday. There's no word on how this incentive would work or how employees' performance will be graded. That's news when you want it.
