You just go online, you take their online sleep quiz. Helix has a sleep quiz online. It's perfect. It's great. They ask you just basic questions about how you sleep. Are you a side sleeper, a back sleeper? Do you sleep hot or cool? All the basics. And I don't know how this system works, but it matched us up perfectly. with the mattress that we have now. Yeah, yeah. Okay. Hey, good morning, everybody. Those of you on the live chat, thank you for being here. Rumble.com slash Vince. If you're listening on the podcast, we always have such a great chat going. 8 a.m. Eastern. Look at everybody in the house with me today. Thank you very much having you here. Yeah, so once again, I did not have a vasectomy. Or as somebody in the chat said, a vincectomy. Thank you for that. That's really helpful. No, I had a hernia. It turns out, I discovered while we were in surgery, this was now two days ago. So right after I got done the Wednesday podcast, I went off to the hospital. And they discovered not only did I have a hernia on one hip, I had it on both hips. So they did a bilateral hernia repair.

It was a little more involved than I actually even realized. Yes, of course, they gave me a lot of information before this thing. But what I didn't know until I was just about to be rolled into the room, they're like, oh, and then, yeah, of course, we're going to knock you out. And then while you're knocked out, we're going to intubate you. I was like, hold up, wait. I'm gonna be intubated? And for those of you who've been following along with me for some time, you know that at one point, a couple of years ago, I was intubated for a completely different surgery. It was wild. But you know, they stick a tube down your windpipe past my vocal cords in order to, you know, get oxygen in my lungs. And I was like, I'm being intubated?
