Despite achieving great success in sales and finding love in relationships, Martin still found something was always missing. There was always something else to achieve or gain.After the sudden passing of his grandmother, Martin delved into the life of a Buddhist monk, immersing himself in meditation practices across Asia and Europe. This pursuit wasn't about religion for Martin; it was about comprehending his mind and discovering why he could never be fulfilled and always wanted more or something else. Martin's 6-year meditation journey led him through various traditions, from intensive Vipassana retreats to exploring mindfulness in different settings. His determination led to a crucial insight: actual change comes not from altering external circumstances or adopting specific beliefs but from addressing the internal distortions between reality and one's desires.
