We know that the first step is AWARENESS of your conditioned stories, so you can separate from them and re-write your narrative. Then you can actually move forward in life. Everything you think is a story and we are running off them. They can profoundly shape who we are & the decisions that we make. The problem arises if you identify & believe your stories that they are stopping you from living a life true to you.You are not your story. They are not your story about them. The world is not your story about the world.All the ways you think you need to be, how quickly it has to happen, how it has to look - all of it is just stories. And most based on the conditioning you received.We need to understand what is not innately ours so that we can evolve into the individuals we were intended to be.
