I loved this podcast on my good friend Gemma Hanley's podcast (my go-to mindset and subconscious guru). So much so that I wanted to share it with you all here. In Gemma's words: In separate parts of the world having never met, we both found ourselves in law and making life decisions based on what society said “success” looked like - even though it felt soul destroying inside..Believing that micromanaging our lives with rigid routines & rules was the way to find more calm in our body and confidence in our thoughts.Until we both (on our own timelines and in different ways) had the same experience of realising.. ⚡️ Maybe life isn’t meant to be this hard..💥 Maybe - just maybe - there is nothing “wrong” with me.
