Together, we'll explore the concept of self-worth, as it relates with the Heart Center. Most people have an undefined Heart center which often has the voice of “you're not worthy,” and “you're not a good enough person.” There becomes a propensity to try and prove themselves.But proving yourself worthy means doing things that you don't want to do, doing them for people you don't want to do them for, and doing them only because you have this incredible pressure on you out of that open Heart Center. This podcast is your reminder that you have nothing to prove in this life!It is about living your life as yourself, not about getting caught in the traps this Center brings. So many are doing things that are not for them to do, that are not correct for them because they feel like they have to.Human Design brings you Strategy and Authority, it brings you a way to navigate on this plane that has nothing to do with the way in which your mind operates under all of that pressure.We dig into the undefined heart center and its implications in our lives, stressing the importance of not comparing ourselves to others or gaining a sense of worth from external places. We'll talk about the power of changing our internal dialogue from "should" to "could", and the importance of forgiving our past mistakes, understanding how our childhood conditioning can affect our self-worth, and realizing that true belonging comes from authenticity.
