In a note sent to at least three media outlets that police are trying to verify, TMZ founder Harvey Levin, who received one of those ransom letters, says a second, more critical deadline is Monday.

In a press conference, the sheriff said authorities are operating from a position that Nancy Guthrie is still alive, confirming that blood on the front doorsteps of the home was indeed Nancy's.
