Tyler Robinson has not yet pled guilty or not guilty, but he does now have a defense attorney. Her name is Catherine Nestor. She's a former federal prosecutor. Utah County is receiving $1 million in taxpayer money to go towards this case. and ensuring Robinson gets a quote, qualified defense. This all comes as investigators and prosecutors continue to build up their case against Robinson. They're still working to get all of the details of his actions leading up to the shooting, his full motive, and the possibility of co-conspirators.
And Robinson's charged with aggravated murder and six other crimes in connection with the fatal shooting. The DOJ says it will make sure Utah gets everything it needs for the case. And four top U.S. congressional leaders plan to meet with President Trump on Monday ahead of a potential shutdown. America's listening to Fox News.

The Department of Homeland Security says the operation targeted five undocumented immigrants and that Shoehead was arrested for allegedly assaulting and impeding a federal officer. It will become tropical storm Imelda and then forecast to become a minimal hurricane by the early part of the week. It's going to take from now until Tuesday to get it. due east of Jacksonville. So we're a long way from anything here in South Carolina. But the track comes up, stalls, and then goes right out to sea. Landfall now is looking less and less likely, but we will still have impacts, even though the Carolina coast is not on the cone.
What legal developments are happening in the Charlie Kirk case?
You can still have impacts outside of the cone. One of those is rainfall. Flood watches will probably go up, and there'll be some flash flooding. Winds may gust to Hurricane Force, 74 miles an hour. This is all going to be ironed out in the coming days.
The National Hurricane Center says you'd have a tropical storm watch for the east coast of Florida.
