Lucky for us, we are joined this week by Chloe Murdock, a physical therapist, pelvic health specialist and bike fitter to help solve your saddle pain. Chloe’s extensive background in these three areas makes her the perfect expert to help us address common saddle issues for women. She explains when and why you should seek a bike fit, and how this can be your first step to eliminating saddle pain.
