Well, the plan is for a Palestinian technocratic body that will be overseen by this International Board of Peace that is intended meant to supervise Gaza's governance for a transitional period.

And the reconstruction and the rebuilding role will include the restoration of essential services, essential public services, things like schools and hospitals and so on. And in addition, the White House says... that a former U.S. Special Operations commander, a man by the name of Major General Jasper Jeffers, has been appointed commander of the International Stabilization Force. But these officials all face a tough task, given the extent, of course, of the devastation that Gaza suffered.
