Dr. Lisa Mosconi is a neuroscientist and educator known for her work and research on Alzheimer’s Disease, and the author of The Menopause Brain (published March 2024). She joins Stacy for an incredibly informative and expansive conversation about menopause and the female brain. Through brain imaging studies, Dr. Mosconi found that women in midlife show red flags for Alzheimer's disease and have reduced brain energy levels and in this conversation, she explains how women can optimize brain health to prepare for and manage menopause.
