Chapter 1: What recent actions by ICE have sparked outrage among law enforcement?
Now we know why Elon Musk is chronically online and triggered by podcasters that talk about the DOJ doing what it should do, which is investigating crimes and corruption. Kylie, pop this up.
Molly Jong Fast tweets, two members of Elon Musk's Doge team working at the Social Security Administration were secretly in touch with an advocacy group seeking to overturn election results in certain states. And one signed an agreement that may have involved using Social Security data to match state voter rolls. The Justice Department revealed in newly disclosed court papers.
Kyle Cheney is the one that broke this story. And you can see it all here. And this should be a lead story everywhere that we have mush brain pudding boy, you know, giving these insane press conferences to take everybody's eye off the ball. Eye off the ball is this. They are breaking the law by not releasing the Epstein files because he's in the center of the Epstein files.
Elon Musk, in my opinion, this is my opinion, he got the keys to the federal government to shut down investigations into himself. And by doing so, he and other people in Doge probably, again, opinion, committed more crimes, which is why he's having a stage five meltdown that Jim Acosta and I said, if we get power back, we need to have investigations. Unlike what Biden did.
I appreciate that he thinks the Democrats are so ballsy that they're going to do this. I really do because I don't have that kind of faith in the Democratic Party.

Chapter 2: How are Black and Brown police officers affected by ICE's practices?
But that's what all of this is about. And of course, he's a cheater. Of course, Elon Musk is the world's biggest cheater. Of course, Elon Musk, the man who had to buy a social media website to try to boost his ego. He gave his AI robot a lobotomy to say that he's some sort of genetic specimen.
um he's chronically online the most pathetic literally he he is worth a trillion dollars and all he does all day long is sit and tweet that he's so oppressed and then here's what's so effed up about it you guys he has like hive mind little people that go along with whatever he says like oh yeah elon's so oppressed it's it's such such a pathetic
display of, and I'm not really into this masculine feminine stuff, but it's such a pathetic display of masculinity and more than anything, a pathetic display of humanity to have the resources that he has. And that's how he chooses to spend his day.
It's gross. Jennifer, did you forget that he hired someone and paid them to play some video game online to make you win? I mean, so this surprises me zero. And I also want, you know, this is not the, I'm super surprised. super alarmed about this because I think they will stop at nothing to win the elections, whether it's gerrymandering, stealing data, changing voting machines, whatever it is.
But also remember that after Elon Musk and his little tiny men got in there and broke into the system, they had some kind of Russian breach. Very soon thereafter, within like three or four days of them getting in the system,

Chapter 3: What is the significance of the police chief's statement on ICE's actions?
Under Elon Musk, our data is anywhere, everywhere, all at once. There is no doubt in my mind, in my opinion, like yours, this is the least of the crimes that he has committed and is willing to commit to keep the Republicans in power.
And I don't know about the Russian breach, but I do know that it's been widely documented that Elon Musk and Vladimir Putin are phone buddies and that that during the election. And I don't know if it's up to date, but that they have had multiple, multiple phone conversations. So, again, Elon Musk is the man that outed Putin.
President Trump, which we all knew that he was in the middle of the Epstein files, but he's the one who said, hey, the reason you're never gonna get the files is because he's in them. And then he spends a day going, pedophile protectors are the worst. I can't believe people protect pedophiles.
And so now their big push is, so if you notice MAGA has like two or three things that they know culture war wise keep the base engaged. Number one, pedophilia. You had all of these people that were full, you know, in the tank on this Pizzagate QAnon stuff, right? And then all of that was proven to fall flat. And then they went all chips in on Jeffrey Epstein.
And they believed that Donald Trump was going to uncover this cabal of pedophiles. Problem for them is that, yes, there's a cabal of pedophiles. It's just the people that you support that are
the pedos and so another one that they always go to are trans people to be able to do things so they just have like they're like two to three trick ponies it's never about health care it's never about income inequality it's never about quality of life it's never about you know really being a party of uh law and order so here we have this bovino this nazi
just really weird guy who's playing out his broken inner child issues on the national stage, dressing like a Nazi. And that's no accident. Here he is using culture war stuff to the base. And I want to remind you, the man that he would die for is in the epicenter of a pedophile ring. Play the clip.
Think about it for just a second what the rate of a child actually entails. It seems as if that's glossed over by the media oftentimes. What does that entail and what's that like?
Okay, I do believe that it is glossed over by the media. And I imagine, Mr. Bovino, that you are a big free baser of Fox News. And I would imagine that you probably never hear about what Jeffrey Epstein and other people, Ghislaine Maxwell, who, remember, Donald Trump wishes her well and made her go from a moderate prison to a cream puff prison.

Chapter 4: How does the podcast host critique Elon Musk's influence on politics?
They'll end up talking about a trans ping pong player in Thailand before they talk about the rape of little girls. And if you want to talk about the rape of little girls, let's have that conversation. Let's talk about the guy that you work for breaking the law with Pam Bondi, who wears her Christian cross all the time.
and all, and Moses Mike Grinder Johnson continuing to break the law by not releasing the Epstein file. So don't stand there in your Nazi outfit and lecture us that you give a shit about kids or about rape or about sexual assault or about sexual abuse because you don't. You're lying. You are a liar. That's all MAGA does, walks up to the microphone and lies.
every day, all day to the people that vote for them. And they're so desperate right now that they're pulling out old stuff in their playbook. And again, an opportunity if we would have daily press conferences by swarms of Democratic politicians to juxtapose what he said with hardcore evidence from the Epstein files.
Well, or look no further than the January 6th, the people that he pardoned there, the insurrectionists. I mean, that is a walking, talking treasure trove of re-arrested for sex offenders. I mean, honestly, it's all over social media. So anybody in the Republican Party or that is a part of this administration that says, I'm protecting children, rape is so bad, bullshit, you don't care.
That should be the standard line. If you cared, you would be against pardoning those people. You would be against the man that you work for. You have no credibility. Sit down, shut the fuck up.
All right. This is stunning what I'm about to play for you guys. So this is a chief of police in Minnesota. And he is speaking out for the black and brown officers in his police department that are being stopped by ICE agents when they are off duty. And these officers are American citizens and they're asking for papers.
And I just want to remind you, all of you that are living in America right now, if I was stopped and somebody asked me for my papers to prove I was a citizen, I don't know what I would give them.
i don't the driver's license doesn't prove you're a citizen so i don't know what these quote-unquote papers are other than a jet stream of intimidation and by the gestapo led by that little tiny bavino who dresses on purpose like a nazi the cops are starting to get really sick of this this is stunning listen to this clip in its entirety
Good morning, everyone. I'm Mark Rooley, police chief of the city of Brooklyn Park. Behind me is a bunch of amazing police chiefs that are here in support of a very short but very important message that we want to share with you.

Chapter 5: What role does the Epstein case play in current political discussions?
What you won't hear from any of us today is rhetoric of abolish ICE or that there shouldn't be immigration enforcement. The truth is immigration enforcement is necessary for our national security and for local security, but how it's done is extremely important.
In fact, we have a long history of working exceptionally well with our federal partners, including ICE agents, and we have seen the best of them perform their job extremely well in the past. With that said, recently, as the last two weeks, we as law enforcement community have been receiving endless complaints about civil rights violations in our streets from US citizens.
What we're hearing is they're being stopped in traffic stops or on the street with no cause and being forced to demand paperwork to determine if they are here legally. As this went on over the past two weeks, we started hearing from our police officers the same complaints as they fell victim to this while off duty.
Every one of these individuals is a person of color who has had this happen to them. In Brooklyn Park, one particular officer that shared her story with me was stopped as she passed ice going down the roadway. When they boxed her in, they demanded her paperwork, of which she's a US citizen and clearly would not have any paperwork.
When she became concerned about the rhetoric and the way she was being treated, she pulled out her phone. In an attempt to record the incident, the phone was knocked out of her hands, prevented her from recording it. The officer had their guns drawn during this interaction.
And after the officer became so concerned, they were forced to identify themselves as a Brooklyn Park police officer in hopes of slowing the incident and deescalating the incident down. The agents then immediately left after hearing this.
Okay. So here's some points that I want to make about this. Number one, if you notice at the top of that, this is so important to him, the human rights violations and the racism from ICE to his staff, he wanted to establish himself as a credible messenger. And he says, this is not about abolish ICE. I'm a law enforcement guy. I understand that sometimes I have to work with the feds on issues.
I'm a law and order guy. So he establishes himself as this isn't a political thing for me. And he did that intentionally because he wants MAGA to hear this. And he wants MAGA voters to hear what is happening. And then he goes on to talk about his coworkers that are stopped because of the color of their skin, asked for papers, guns are drawn on them when they're doing absolutely nothing wrong.
These ICE agents are pulling over black and brown cops and shaking them down because they're racist. And the Minnesota cops are sick of this shit. And it's not his job to say abolish ICE. So when people on the left hear this, do not get pure in this whole thing. It hurts the cause.

Chapter 6: How do cultural wars factor into the political strategies of certain groups?
The larger message here is it's our job to push our politicians to abolish ICE because it's FUBAR and it needs, if we have to have some sort of border protection, you know, which we obviously need it if it can't be absorbed by some other organization that we already have. A moral, clear, non-Gastapo style.
But this cop says that at the top, and I'm afraid that a lot of our listeners will go, oh, he said he didn't want to abolish ICE. It's not his job. He's a law enforcement guy.
The thing is, if you're getting cops that are MAGA coded like that to start calling ICE bigots and racially profiling people, it will make some of these white people that juggle with their racism, depending on what crowd they're in, stop for a second and go, oh, this is a big butch American man. You know, he didn't say abolish ICE.
And that, you know, that black lady that works for him or that brown skin guy that works for him, they're just doing their job. That's his coworker. Well, I work with a brown skin person or I work with a black woman. And it's bringing it back to the humanity of it. And I think it's just a really important message. And we, as the receivers of this message, cannot just slice and dice everybody.
For me personally, I won't speak for pumps, I believe that ICE needs to be abolished. And I believe that for a very, very long time. And Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has been saying this for like six years, and it's only gotten worse.
I think that all the money that's going into ICE should go into the immigration system to make us a functioning administrative court system that when people come in and go out. But here's the only, I can't add to anything that you beautifully, very well said, talked about how this man handled this.
But I just will say, I watch Kristi Noem, unfortunately, who I just wanna say, she probably feels such a compliment when they call her ICE Barbie instead of being embarrassed, but that's beside the point. But she talks about, we have targeted training. Our training is this. Our training is that. We're so targeted in the training.
Christy, if you're so targeted in the training, why are you stopping US citizens at a rate that is mind boggling? Why are you trying to stop police officers? This training is not targeted other than racially targeted. It is not targeted. That is the biggest line of bullshit.

Chapter 7: What are the implications of the police chief's message for ICE policy reform?
And I just want to get that out there because every time she's on TV, our training is so targeted. Then why do you have 40% of criminals or what is it? 70% are not criminals. If it's that fucking targeted, show us the numbers.
But it is targeted. It is targeted towards black and brown people, and it's called the Kavanaugh stop. The Supreme Court allowed this, and they are doing what the Supreme Court emboldened them to do, which is target black and brown people. And so when she says that, she believes it because that's what they're doing. They are targeting the people that the Supreme Court said they could target.
And that's why that butch, white, MAGA-coded looking guy walked out there to be apolitical, to say, I'm not about abolishing ICE, but they are stopping my people who are not doing anything wrong because of the color of their skin. And Kavanaugh, Brett Kavanaugh, this is called the Kavanaugh stop.
So we have to understand these people are telling us who they are and what they're doing, and we have to believe them. Now, there's going to be some people who will not ever believe that they're doing anything wrong, or this type of recreational cruelty and recreational racism is something that they find very comforting and entertaining, and that's their problem.

I want to move along that Gavin Newsom arrived in Davos and he...
very brilliantly had some good messaging for these um european leaders who are still trying to play patty cake with you know who uh play the clip concerned about the messages from the white house around greenland this week yeah it's time to buck up stop being complicit it's time to stand tall and firm

Chapter 8: How do the hosts envision a better approach to immigration enforcement?
I mean, handing out crowns and handing out, I mean, this is pathetic. Nobel Prizes, they are being given away. I mean, it's just pathetic. And I hope people understand how pathetic they look on the world stage. I mean, at least from an American perspective, it's embarrassing.
Okay, here's my take on all of this. Gavin is really good in certain instances, like that was excellent.
But then he erases any sense of being a credible messenger to me when he should have taken knee pads to his interview with Ben Shapiro, when he should take knee pads to any conversation he has about Israel, that he can talk about people being complicit, but he can't stand up to billionaires that are threatening to pack their toys up and move away from California.
And this selective tough guy act of his, I love it when he is the tough guy and he stands up to Trump. But here's where I am with all of this. I'm not just waking up every day going, God, I want to beat up on Gavin Newsom. God, Cory Booker sucks. God, Chuck Schumer is an abject disappointment. Hakeem Jeffrey's social media sucks standing there with a baseball bat. There's no joy in any of that.
Like we're looking for a person that has moral clarity. Across the board, I'm not sitting down with Ben Shapiro right now, right this second, me trying to peel off some Ben Shapiro voters and me saying that it wasn't a genocide when our base and everybody on the planet and even Israeli human rights groups say it's a genocide.
I'm not gonna take part in the ADL weaponizing antisemitism towards the left to erode their free speech on universities when the sphere of antisemitism is the Groypers and the Tucker Carlsons and the Marjorie Taylor Greens and the Donald Trumps that just is simmering on the right. We're looking for somebody, not perfection, but show some evolution. And at every turn, that's great.
He goes over there, there's a great sound bite in Davos. loved it unfortunately you can talk the talk but you can't walk the walk you're a great critic of trump but the standards that you try to hold him up to verbally you do not apply to these tech oligarchs in your state because you've got to drop on your knees and say please don't let the toys up and leave california
i mean you're this tell them say you want to pack your toys up and leave okay do it go move to piece of texas where if your daughter gets raped then she can't have an abortion i mean he's such a good messenger on so many parts but he he thwarts so much of his credibility and at this point it's like
the democrats are so thirsty for leadership and his social media at times does but i'm so sick of compromising for corporate dems i am so sick of it and i just think and i i don't want to speak for you because i think you're more to the center on a lot of these establishment democrats than i am but for me i am so i'm so sick of this i feel like it's just
