I know he came on the end of last year, but there was a lot of pressure when Seabold went from the old boys of Manly. You know what I mean? They seem to be very strong in Manly, this old boys network, and it had to be an old boy from Manly, and people were worried about that. Seems to be that Jason King's decision's been vindicated.
Jason King is an old boy, first and foremost. He's a tough old prop from that really successful era where he won a premiership at the club. He knows the ins and outs. He knows the good and he knows the bad. and he knows how to work his way through it. He's also a very smart guy. He did a law degree.
