Um, then we were with Listener for four years, and now we have moved to shameless media. And today is our first ever episode within the shameless media world.
I'm so excited about all of this, especially the name change. I feel like when I think of you two, I think of friendship. So obviously, like you said, you guys were you've been podcasting for over seven years. You were kick pod before. Yes. Which was very much still you two, but brand as well. And I feel like the excitement in the name of Steph and Laura is like it's just it's your friendship and it's everything else that's around you guys. And then bump with Steph and Laura encompasses all your parenthood stuff still. Like it's just it's so exciting.

And it's it's probably a good place to start actually because when we posted the new artwork with the new name and stuff on Instagram, there were a couple of comments that were a little bit confused as to why we pulled the name Kik out. In fact, there was one that commented back to me and was like, So are you not owners of Kik anymore? And I just want to make that uh very clear that that is absolutely not the reason for the name change. We still very much own Kik and are very, very still in that. It's more so just as you kinda touched on Mon, the conversations we have are so much more broad, I suppose, or varied outside of wellness. So we of co obviously talk about wellness stuff.
It's like And Nate in us, but it's The topics are wider than that. And our friendship is something that like we hear outside of your feedback then, which was so beautiful, a lot from the listeners is that that's what they love about the pod. And I think the name change just like, I don't know, it takes a nod to that and allows us to give go even deeper.
