Chapter 1: What is the main topic discussed in this episode?
Hi, Kim Commando here.
Chapter 2: What digital life hack can help with writer's block?
Well, first up, we have your digital life hack. And after that, I'm going to play a call from my weekend national radio show. Looking at a blank screen, is that cursor blinking at you like it's judging your life? I have a fix for that. I'm Kim Commando for The Current. It's my free five-star rated newsletter read by almost a million people like you. Sign up at GetKim.com.
Chapter 3: How can voice memos transform your writing process?
Here's the trick I use when I have too many thoughts taking over my brain. I open my phone's voice memo app and ramble for 60 seconds or so. Don't overthink it, just talk. And it doesn't have to be pretty, that's the whole point. Get what's on your mind in a recording. On iPhone, open voice memos, tap record, and when you're done, tap the transcript icon. Team Android, use Google Recorder.
It auto-transcribes, by the way. Or upload all the audio straight to ChatGPT or your favorite AI bot. Now use this prompt. I brain dumped my thoughts. Turn this into a clear professional email, report, or memo. Keep my tone, but make it coherent. Seconds later, a polished draft. No more brain overload. Now more than ever, you need to be tech ahead. It's not a choice anymore.

Paul in Joplin, Missouri.
Hi there, Paul. Hi, Kim.
Chapter 6: What prompt can you use to enhance AI-generated writing?
Thanks so much for taking the time to talk to me today. I love your show. My reason for calling, I am a competitive Scrabble player. I play Scrabble tournaments. I've heard you mention Scrabble before, I think. You know what?
I love playing Scrabble. I will. But Barron won't play with me because he says I win all the time.
Chapter 7: How does AI help create polished drafts from voice recordings?
Hey, I'll play you.
But anyway, to be really good at Scrabble, you have to memorize lots and lots of words. There are actually some really top players that have memorized the entire dictionary. Oh, my gosh. You're kidding. I'm Oh, no, I'm not. So so the best gravel play. Sorry, go ahead.
No, I say so. So give us give us like, like three words that are like, that you throw out there and you're like, they're never gonna know this word or it's like, or it's in or it's the word that will give you the most points.
Well, technically, I think the word that could give you the most points is oxyfenbutazone because it has the X and the Z, and it's never going to happen in a real game. But if you could play a 15-letter word along the side of the board, you could hit three triple word scores at once and multiply the score by 27. What does that mean?
I don't think this is not a word. I don't know.
How do you spell it? Andrew, look it up.
I am, yeah.
O-X-Y-P-H-E-N-B-U-T-A-Z-O-N-E. He's correct. Yeah, it'll never come up in a game. What is it?
I don't know. He is right. The number is 14 letters, which means there would have to be seven letters already on the board. No, six letters already on the board, and then you add all your tiles. Like he said, if it's along the side, you would score 1,780 points. THANKS FOR JOINING US. But what does it mean? Oh, you want the definition of the word? Yes. All right, let me copy and paste. Hold on.

Chapter 8: What are some tools for improving word memorization for Scrabble?
Like ribbit. All right, so let me tell you what you want to do. I understand where you're going with this, Paul. And I'm going to help you even though you hurt my heart. And I don't think I'll ever recover. This is a call of the year right now. Ever recover. Is that you want to use like 11 labs or something called WonderCraft. It costs you about $5 or $10 a month.
And that's where you can give it all the phrases that you want. It'll save them as MP3 files so you can listen to them while you're walking, while you're driving, whatever it may be. You can also set it up as like one voice for new words, a different voice for review words, a third voice for testing words, whatever it may be.
You could also do it for free with CapCut. Yeah, you can do it with CapCut. It might take a little bit longer, but if you don't want to spend the money, it's just copy and paste and then voice to text. Okay, I didn't know you about this, but Paul is a Scrabble Tournament winner. The guy makes millions of dollars. Oh, okay, never mind then.
Have one of your butlers go on the internet and do exactly what Kim said for five bucks. Exactly.
