Chapter 2: What insights can AI provide when analyzing my fitness stats?
Next up, a call from my weekend show, The Kim Commando Show. Enjoy. Ann in Milwaukee, you're up next. Glad to have you with us. Hi, Ann.
Hi, Kim. I'm a longtime fan. I first heard you back in March 2022 when you started on WLS on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Oh, nice. I've been a big fan since. I tell everybody about you. In fact, I have an embedded software engineer friend. who started reading you very religiously, and even he's saying, I think she's the smartest one in the room.
I love that.
Yeah, we think you're great, and I think you're a great role model for women of all ages. With that said, back in 2024, you had talked about, and you were the first one to reveal,
um it's something that had happened with ascension it was a medical it's a medical group oh yeah it's a big data breach it was yeah like three out of every four americans had their medical data oh that's all yeah everything but my shoe size is out on the dark web now but um so it's there hey by the way and it's there i just wanted to let you know i know we mean we're meaning to ask you what is your shoe size because we need to finish that report on you
Well, it used to be a seven, but now she's seven and a half.
Oh. Yes. Yes. Kim has planted my feet firmly in the ground, so they're a little bigger. How's that? So you had talked about this, and yeah, my information was hacked. But that in mind, recently, and unfortunately, I've been going through some health stuff, and I've had to talk to several doctors for opinions.
And every single office that I go to will say, would you be okay with the doctor recording this session? And I always say no because I'm thinking if they hack this particular group, now my voice print is out there. Am I being too overcautious? Or since some of these places have been hacked, these medical groups, Have they kind of upped their security so this isn't so much of a worry anymore?

Chapter 3: How can AI serve as a personal trainer based on my health data?
What are your thoughts on that?
Well, you just gave away enough of your voice right here for somebody. Just did your voice.
We can disguise it. We can get you one of those voice changers like, oh, thank you for taking my call.
Well, you know what?
Chapter 4: What are the benefits of utilizing AI for workout recommendations?
Medical ID theft is important. I mean, in all seriousness. I mean, the real issue at hand is that, let's say, God forbid, you need a kidney transplant. And somebody uses your medical ID, your information, in order to get that kidney transplant. And then you go, then you're like, okay, I need my kidney. They're like, no, no, no, we already did that. And you're like, whoa, wasn't me, not at all.
And so that's the big thing. But as far as this change healthcare breach that you talked about, 192.7 million Americans, three out of four Americans got hit by that. It's so easy for us to become complacent because it seems like every other day there's another data breach.
Chapter 5: How can I ensure my medical data is secure?
But let's talk about the doctor and using AI. About 30% of all physicians are using what's called AI scribe. So when you go to the doctor, they are recording everything that you say.
I mean, so you may go in for just a general physical and then they ask you about how much alcohol you're drinking, if you're having sex or whatever it may be, and you start talking about everything, all that is going right into your record. Okay. And, and, and, you know, you may still tell your your regular doctor that, but maybe you wouldn't.
Now you can, like you said, you can absolutely say, say no. And you can also ask, like, what type of AI scribe tool are you using? How long is my recording being stored for? Okay. you can go into your patient portal and look for anything strange and get that taken out. Because I will tell you that for some reason on my medical record, It had that I had some type of blood disorder. Oh, no.
You never told us about this. I'm so sorry. Thank you. Okay. I don't have a blood disorder. All right. Take it back then. Okay. I don't know how it got on there. I don't know where it is. I go to UCLA to get my eyes checked. They're like, oh, you have a blood disorder. I'm like, I don't have a blood disorder.
Okay, so I actually had to write like three letters to the Mayo Clinic and say, you need to take this out of the Epic system because I don't know how it got in there. I don't have a blood disorder. I'm not on medications. I'm not doing anything, you know.
Maybe there's some guy named Cam Kimando who has the blood disorder. They just mix up the files.
Well, you know, I started thinking about that. Maybe there was somebody using my medical ID. Which would be really scary. Yes, for somebody, yeah. I mean, because how else did, where did that just appear out of?
Now, if a vasectomy shows up on there, you know someone stole it.
Well, there's that guy. Oh, that's true.
