Welcome to NFL picks versus the spread. It is week 16. And if you guys were already signed up to patreon.com slash NFL pick six, the number six, you would have been one and all already because I already had a game go through for the Thursday night game. That was a fantastic game, probably the game of the year.
um and we cleaned up on that one already so what are you guys doing wasting time i am along with the man from lockbetting.com where you get multiple picks and multiple games of all different sports that is mr billy bonnie yeah i won on that as well not how you would think though what did you oh i mean i mean it was a wild fucking game but yeah go ahead what is it
So I took the Rams at the beginning, and then I took a 4-1 hedge during the game. And then they ran straight up and got it back to A, you know, when the receiver ran it all the way in. Yeah. Yeah. And I thought, huh, like, I don't like my... I actually want to get out of the entire bet for, like, not a lot of money. So it was still... It was 125 to 1. And I was, like, joking.
And I actually had... Because the Rams were no longer progressing the ball. You know how they go into, like, running it for, like, eight minutes to go, and I'm just like, it's too early for, you know, to just pump... You play to not lose instead of playing to win. Yeah, as soon as I see that, I wasn't expecting a kickoff return.
So at 125-1, I was going to put two pounds on it and start rooting for Seattle. Reason being is because I have San Francisco to win the division since the start of the season, and I have Josh Allen MVP. So Stafford wins that game. He's won the MVP. They're the number one seed. San Francisco can't win the division.
for the sake of the 20 bucks I put on a plus 400 as a hedge, because I had plus 120 on the Rams. And then I'm going to put on another $2 at 125 to one. Now I can root for the Seahawks. So I lost 125 to one. And when it come back, I was expecting, okay, now it's like five to one, four to one. So I was like, all right, I've lost fucking 115 pounds here because I had 125 to win a minute ago.
But I still expected something smaller than 10-1. So I jumped in again at 10-1 with a stake that still meant I now wanted the Seahawks to win, which they did.

Chapter 2: What are the highlights of the Thursday night NFL game?
So we won a lot of money on that game. We also had Sam Donald at interception. And then I thought during the game, I thought, you know what? He's going to chuck another one up. Because the second one went up. The line went up from him to throw one to throw over one and a half, which is two. So when that went up, it was plus 200. The first one was only plus 150. I thought, this is stupid.
He's more likely to do another one than he was the first one because now they're way behind. And yeah, we got the second one as well. So it was one of the better games of the whole year. It's one of the better Thursday night footballs of the whole year. But...
Yeah, that's a great example of, like, the lockdown service because, you know, if you're with someone else, you get your little play email to you and you're done and dusted and then you're riding the rams and you have no idea what I'm thinking or what I'm going to do during the game or how much money you can win with that live option.
But, yeah, I mean, the live option was an absolute clean-up on Thursday. So, yeah. Now... You know, we've got a lot of shit games to talk about, but I'm a lot more interested in talking about stuff as we go along the show. I want to keep it as quick as possible and stay on the big games. But, you know, stuff like, can the Bills catch the Patriots? Can San Francisco win out?
Like, that's a lot more interesting to me now than talking about New Orleans minus six. And why then minus six against the Jets? Like, I don't even need to bother, so...
Yeah, so we have today coming up first game. It's Philly and Washington, and Philly is favored by seven. I think Philly covers this.
Yeah, I think that the only issue I have is the divisional stuff. But, you know, Washington have had so many injuries. Usually I'd be worried a divisional opponent, I think they would play hard. But then what you're doing, you're helping Dallas.
And at the same time, I think Washington just want the season to be over without any more people fucking having season-ending injuries or that carry over to next year. So I think this has just been cursed. It's weird because there's a correlation to this and the NBA where, you know, the Pacers got to the final.
And then now they're having a season where they just, you know, they had a massive injury and they're just playing for the sake of playing. Next year is going to be the year Pacers go again. And that's going to be the same with Washington. But it's mad because the big dark horse in the NBA is completely useless this year.

Chapter 3: Can the Bills catch the Patriots this season?
It's a late night on a Sunday, and I get home at fucking midnight, and I got to work the next day. No, I'm not fucking going. Okay. I'm trying to look. I go, well, if the Rams went out, they fucking would be first place. No. How is that possible?
Because if the Niners beat Seattle... Yeah, if the Niners beat Seattle, the Niners have got the tiebreakers in the division. In the division. Okay.
Yeah.
All right. The Niners have the best division record. Because if they win, I think then they've split with the Rams. Have they beaten Seattle twice?
They'd have to play them at the end of the year. That's the last game.
Yeah, but if they beat Seattle, they beat them twice, right? I don't know.

Chapter 4: How are the Eagles expected to perform against Washington?
I don't know that. They were saying it on TV. They were saying that now San Francisco control, by winning this game, San Francisco and Seattle both control their own destinies. It's out of the Rams' hands. It's out of the Rams' hands now. They need San Francisco. They can still win the division, but they need Seattle or San Francisco to drop a game.
Well, let's keep on moving along. We got a few more to go here because we're getting on to Sunday. Buffalo goes into Cleveland. This is a, you know, I mean, Buffalo needs to keep winning to try to get this division. It's favored, Buffalo's favored by 10 and a half. I think they are going to be peddled to the metal at this point. There's not going to be any let up when you're not in first place.
I expect them to cover this. Cleveland, as good as their defense is, their offense is really fucking bad.
I think the defense is set down now. I think they've reached a point where they're just like, you know what?
Well, we got one guy fighting. He needs to get the record.
Yeah. I don't think he'll get it this week. I think he'll get it against Aaron Rodgers the following week. Oh. I think that will mean more to him as well. But, yeah, I don't think Josh Allen's going to be in any kind of replay that gets played for the rest of history. Like, I don't think Josh Allen's going to allow that to happen to himself. So, for me, yeah, it's going to be that.
It's going to be... It's going to be Buffalo winning. They're going to be able to run all over this team. The issue with Buffalo is, again, like we were just talking a second ago about head-to-heads and all that stuff. New England own the division because they split with Buffalo and Buffalo had that fucking loss to Miami.
So now it doesn't matter if New England, New England could actually really take a week off this week because all they need to do to win the division is beat the Jets and Miami. So for Buffalo, it doesn't matter if the Ravens beat the Patriots. They need them to take a loss, a divisional loss to the Jets or Miami. And it doesn't help that Miami are now experimenting with their quarterback.
So the Buffalo Bills have been fucked by that. Like, the worst news the Bills would have got this week is that Tura's now not playing anymore. Not that he was great, but still, like, this guy's nothing that's coming in now. So, yeah, so, I mean, essentially, they've been handed the division.

Chapter 5: What is the latest on the Packers vs. Bears matchup?
I think after all the work they've done in the last few weeks, I think the Chargers will now have a relaxing spot, like a weak spot here. I think, you know, they've got the injury to... Oh, fuck. Yeah, why'd that go out of my head? I got the injury to Herbert and you've been playing through it. And I think here you don't need to kill yourself. Like the playoffs, you're in now. Casey are out.
Colts are out pretty much. Like they're not going to win games with Rivers. So yeah, I think now you can have a little bit of an off week. and start looking ahead to the postseason. So I think here, after they can now exhale, they took care of the Chiefs, they took care of the Eagles, they got those two massive wins. I think this is where you come down to earth.
And it won't be because, you know, I don't think they would lose to the Cowboys if they were all in and they needed this game. But I just think this is Dallas's apology for the season to the supporters, I think.
We're going to get a few games here in a row that are garbage glancing games.
This is Michael Rosenbaum. Hey folks, let me tell you that drinking and driving is a decision that will change your whole world. Things will never be the same once you get a DUI because legal fees and time in court are just the beginning. Getting into a crash is another way your world could be irreversibly changed after drinking and driving.
Your vehicle may not be the only thing that gets damaged in that crash. You could face a life-altering injury or even death. But you're not the only one who could face those consequences. Your decision to drink and drive could permanently change someone else's world, whether you injure them or leave their loved ones grieving.
The next time you're out drinking, call a rideshare, a taxi, a sober friend, or a designated sober driver. Always plan for a safe ride home. The only decision that will change your world for the better is the decision to call for a sober ride. It's never worth it to drive drunk. Don't risk it. Drive sober or get pulled over. Paid for by NHTSA.
Hey, this is Steve Gorman, radio host, sports commentator, former drummer for the Black Crows. The winter holidays are here, a time for festive celebrations, family gatherings and ringing in the new year. Whether it's a holiday party, a night out with friends or just relaxing by the fire with a few drinks, it's a season full of good cheer.
But here's something else to add to your holiday plans, a safe and sober ride home. Just like in sports and music, always have a game plan. And the most important part of any plan is sticking to it. If you plan to drink, take that plan a step further. Call a rideshare, a taxi, a sober friend, or have a designated driver lined up before the night begins.
