Today, I am blessed to have Daniel Eisenman join the show. He graduated Pre-Med from Emory University with a BS (Key Acronym) in Biology and even took the MCAT in 2007. Before applying to medical school to stay on the path of "NORMAL" as people advised him, he decided to "take a year off." That year off has now turned into a decade of BREAKING NORMAL while getting paid to the do the things he would pay to do, including visiting all 50 states and around 20 countries. Daniel travels the world as a keynote speaker and facilitator of radical retreats and workshops (though he likes to call them playshops, as what's more pure than play?) based on the principles of raw honesty and emotional freedom. Daniel shows you a process of self-acceptance through self-expression by guiding you to lose your mind in order to connect to your heart while truly living inside-out. For most people, if they go from the standard American diet to a raw vegan diet, they will lose a pound a day. Eventually, Daniel and his brothers become raw vegan icons. However, the diet stopped working. Unfortunately, Daniel’s testosterone was so low that the doctor was ready to prescribe testosterone right there and then. Instead, Daniel ate a piece of salmon and woke up with morning wood for the first time in a long time. Now, Daniel has a podcast called Breaking Normal. People have unconsciously given each other spells of self-sabotage, co-creating mass hypnosis – without even knowing it. Daniel is working on breaking normal! [06:25] Break Free of Health Patterns That Are No Longer Serving You People will give up their identity for one way of being. Sadly, when that being is no longer serving them, they don’t take the time to find something different. Unfortunately, the path that someone finds themselves on can be the path they lose themselves on. It takes courage to swallow the pill of truth and find the path that will work for you. There's no single culture in the history of this world that stuck with the same diet long-term.
