Yeah, I've always took pride in that I'm always about getting the team touchdowns. I may not have had touchdowns at Michigan, but I do take a lot of pride in that I helped a lot of other guys score. I don't like taking touchdowns as a reward, only when they're schematically correct. Whenever that time's called, I'll be ready to go do it.
Well, being serve first, there's nothing wrong with that. And you have a serve first role, not only on this team, but at Michigan and, you know, back at Arrowhead. I know you played some quarterback and stuff like that. But, I mean, you know, say you're active that game and say they get inside the one and it's first and goal and they go straight I and line up the tight ends and everything and you're the fullback. I don't know, maybe a little nudge to O'Connell. He's good that way. He got C.J. Hamm in the end zone a few times, you know.
Yeah, I mean, whatever I'm asked to do, I'll be ready to go do it. Whether that's just running in with whoever's behind me, but if that's the call that's made, I'll be ready to go do it.
What position would you describe you play? I mean, running back, fullback, tight end, H-back, like qualify your role.
I think it's best to say fullback because with how the fullback lines up now, I can line up in a wing, split out. I think that does more justice for where I line up, a lot of the backfield stuff. Because if I was to say tight end bucket, you think more in line.
