Take a moment to really Peer into your soul’s reflection. PAUSE As you’re gazing at The soul’s reflection, Imagine becoming an anthropologist, And noticing anything different Or unexpected in your soul. PAUSE Now, take a deep breath, And begin exploring this region. What does the landscape of This unexplored territory look like? How does it make you feel? PAUSE Give yourself the space To ponder this Unnavigated area of yourself. PAUSE Allow the strength of knowledge To fill you, As you uncover more of yourself. What have you uncovered? What new truth has been revealed? PAUSE Now, visualize a divine light Pouring over your discovery, Bringing it into your awareness In the most positive of ways. PAUSE And as this discovery Sinks into your awareness, Know that the feelings you have Around it are all right. Know that this divine discovery Is positive for you.
