Chapter 1: How did the Thunder clinch their NBA Finals berth?
or for Minnesota this season, and he just wasn't able to be effective against these guards because he can bully bigger guys. He's strong against a guy like LeBron. We saw him put Draymond Green into the basket sometimes, but Caruso, Case and Wallace, even Jalen Williams, these guys are a little bit too quick for him where he starts dribbling. Randall's got a high dribble.
He dribbles it at his chest. You cannot do that against the Thunder.
No, and I think they, like, as the series went on, he's, like, gets a little more predictable to these guys, too. They know where to help and where to swipe at, and so many times, like, you know, the internet was calling him Dubious Handle last night instead of Julius Randle. Like... That's tough. I mean, again, and I even said, I almost came to his defense as bad as he was.
I thought Nas Reid was even worse. He was horrible. He had a bad series. He was bad. Owen Phillips did tweet, this might be the only matchup in history where the defensive player, Caruso,
is mismatch hunting the offensive player julius randall it's usually on the other end i think there's some truth to that you don't see that very often they're like almost like yeah come on come on julius try and back me up and then spin because we're going to steal it from you because the help's coming or i'll just rip it from you so yeah it got out of hand in a hurry and uh okay she's awesome they're awesome they're awesome this is one of the best defenses we've ever seen
That's not, that sounds silly, but it's not. It just is. And, you know, it's going to be stamped with approval if they can obviously win the title, win four more games. I mean, they're going to win the title.
Yeah, I know. They're going to obviously win the title. I know. But Shea Gildress Alexander is having a Michael Jordan-like season, you know? He is an all-star. He's first-team All-NBA. He won... The Western Conference Finals MVP. He won the MVP. They're going to the finals. But J-Dub is having a Scottie Pippen-like season. All-star. All-NBA. All-defense. That's what Scottie Pippen was doing.
He was a great secondary scorer in this series. Multiple 30-point games. He was just exactly what the Thunder needed. And then you got Chet on the back line as well. This is exactly what Oklahoma City wanted to see. Hartenstein didn't have a great series. You're right. But...
He was kind of superfluous in this one, and their single big lineups have been unstoppable offensively because they don't suffer at all on the defensive end. They somehow get better when they get smaller.

Chapter 2: What went wrong for the Timberwolves in Game 5?
Chapter 3: What are the implications of LaMelo Ball trade rumors?
Also, in the Australian realm, I'm saying this because, of course, Mel Gibson, the star of Braveheart, is not a Scottish man. I did this morning while watching stuff. I saw the Shea, J-Dub, and Chet commercial again, and I finally got that they're supposed to be dressed like Angus Young of ACDC. I've seen this commercial literally 50,000 times, and I just got it. But I asked the stream team.
I said, did you know that they're supposed to be dressed like Angus Young? 85% said no.
Yeah, that's shocking to me.
But I mean, ACDC is less in the public consciousness than Braveheart is. Yes, yeah, yeah.
That's too old. That's old.
Yeah, they put a jacket on a jacket in that one, because the joke is that they all show up dressed together. But then the second joke is that they're all dressed like a 70-year-old man. Yeah, yeah. I guess... You didn't need the second part. Or the first part.
We don't need any of these commercials, to be honest. But I think I knew it because... I mean, I'm old, so yeah, I understand ACDC and Angus Young and dresses like a schoolboy. But it's like, I remember when I first saw the commercial, I was like, why are they dressed like this? Like, this is...
i know everything goes in fashion nowadays but it was a weird like it's got the un yeah the weird tie obviously undone and yes the colors and then the hat even it was like that is a strange strange choice and then oh thunder struck yeah they're the thunder i guess they're all dressing like that but uh yeah that's the good thing about seeing it so many times is that you finally you just pick up new things every time you see it now you love it yeah now i'm gonna get it now it's finally clicked for me
So that was exciting.
