Um We have a lot, a lot of, I mean, lighter news today. Not as much of the true crime, heavy, deep, dark, uh, heavy news. It's a little bit of a lighter load today. A little more fun, pop culture, reality TV tea. Um, not as much. Uh, but I just want to remind everybody that tonight is our members-only Zoom call tonight at 5 p.m. Pacific, 8 p.m. Eastern. Eastern. But just mark your calendar for 5 p.m. Pacific, 8 p.m. Eastern. It may be a little late, like 15 minutes late. Maybe. Um, so if you don't, if if you're in the Zoom and it doesn't immediately start. Just know it may start a few minutes late. I have a doctor's appointment. It's a virtual appointment, so I'll be home when I'm taking the appointment. But it's at four. It's just a follow up appointment to go over some of my my lap work. So I'm shouldn't be anything too crazy. Um, I imagine it at best will only be about like 30 minutes and I'll already be home. So as soon as that's done, um, I'll be able to to kick off our zoom. So just know. Maybe five, ten minutes late, maybe fifteen minutes late. But don't let that alarm you just in case you're in you're in the zoom and you're like, wait, what's going on?
Zack Peter 2:29
Where's why hasn't it started? Um, also I I had Korean barbecue last night for like the first time. Um, well, I think I've had it before, but like I actually I've never I don't remember the last time I had Korean barbecue barbecue, to be honest with you. Um, I had Danoy and I went and I actually like I I think I'm a fan. Like I wasn't really about it. I like I said, I think I meant like I went like maybe. 10, 12, 13, maybe more years ago. Like I feel like I was still in college the last time I tried Korean barbecue. And it just wasn't really my thing. I was like, why do I want to go to Korean barbecue and like cook my own food? Like that's not what it's about. But it's actually a fun activity. And I actually, I was like, oh, I I actually enjoyed it.
Zack Peter 3:14
It was like an all-you-eat sort of situation. I was like, Wait, am I a fan of Korean barbecue? Like, who have I become? going to Dodger games and and and and cooking my own Korean barbecue. Like what?
Unknown 3:26
I don't know.
Zack Peter 3:27
I don't know who I've become, but I I I'm a fan of the Korean barbecue. Um, so yeah, apparently there's like fancy ones. Is it like hibachi? No, hibachi is where they cook it in front of you, right? Like where there's like a chef and he just like with the egg and it like cracks and you know, all of those things. It's like a whole boom, right? Korean barbecues where you have like a little grill in front of you and you get like different meats and they're like different flavors and different seasonings. And then you cook them. on the like little grill in front of you. Like you cook your own food, which again I was kind of like, why don't I want to go and pay to cook my own damn food? I want a chef and but no, it's fine.
Zack Peter 4:03
Zach is now a sous chef that loves baseball. Well, to be fair, I've always enjoyed baseball. I was always a big fan of but I like I get into the season when it like gets closer to the World Series, right?
