Live from NPR News in Washington DC, I'm Dale Wilman. A lockdown order has been lifted near Quarter Lane, Idaho, after a tense standoff with a gunman on Sunday. Sheriff Bob Norris of Kootney County says the suspects started a fire at Canfield Mountain, and soon after firefighters arrived, he began shooting. Norris says the police response was quick and massive.
