Chapter 1: What do men think happens during a woman's period?
How many openings does a female body have? How many tampons does a woman go through on her period?
We need to talk first, I think.
Chapter 2: How many tampons does a woman use during her period?
Yeah, yeah.
Can women pee with a tampon in?
No.
Why would that be? I've never done it. You're putting your tampon not in your pee hole. It's going in your vaginal opening. How was I supposed to know that? What is PMDD? Women have low mood brain fogs.
We are witnessing that.
What?
what does the acronym pcos stand for oxygen cinnamon welcome back to the oilers talk podcast i'm kate and i'm jemma and i'm ben and i'm aman and no be a space for the women who want more now today we have four people on the marks So this could be a little bit chaotic, pre-warning, but we are here joined by, I was going to say our husbands, but I'm not married yet.

Chapter 3: What is PMDD and how does it affect women?
He is your husband.
Yeah, we're practically married. You should probably organise a wedding.
Yeah, we should.
Yeah. Can you guys do that? Because we want to celebrate that.
Chapter 4: What does PCOS stand for and what does it mean?
Ah, you reckon you'll be invited to the wedding?
I'd be honored if they weren't invited.
Oh, interesting. Anyways, today we are coming in hot with a little bit of a women's health quiz for the boys.
Oh, my lord.
We haven't actually prepped the boys for what to expect with this episode, which I think is the best part because we're just going to throw you in deep. I think you're probably going to nail it. Some of them you might be unsure about, but maybe you'll learn a thing or two. So let's get into it. First question.
First question off the bat for the boys. How many tampons does a woman go through on her period?
As in per day or per cycle?
Per period.
Eight.

Chapter 5: What are common pregnancy myths that need debunking?
Yeah. So you're putting your tampon not in your pee hole. It's going in your vaginal opening. Remember 20 seconds ago when we spoke about female anatomy, everyone who's listening at home? It is not going in your pee hole, in your urethra. Urethra?
Urethra.
Why can't I say that? I don't know. It's fine then. Urethra.
But you would change it if you go to the toilet because you're there? Is that?
To pee? To pee?
Yeah. No, not to pee, but is – I'm just going to stop talking.
No, no, no. I get your question. So if you're going to the toilet, you would change it, right? Not necessarily all the time. I mean, does that make me a dirty bitch?
No.
I don't know. No.

Chapter 6: How can better education about women's health improve relationships?
What I'm saying is if I didn't have a heavy flow, why would I not just get the super anyway and just be like, well. I don't know. I'm safe. Why not just have the most absorbent tampon and just have that as a standardized across the range rather than having all of these different variations and overcomplicating it.
So then when you send me to the supermarket and you're like, get me the super ultra max, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And then I'm like... You look and there's like 20 different ones.
Which one do I get?
Just get me the most absorbent one.
Yeah, look, I get where you're coming from. I think there's also like a size element. Like if you wanted like a smaller, more discreet one and you didn't have a bigger flow, you could just use a smaller one and it would probably be more comfortable.
But now I do think about this. Maybe it's just a marketing tactic. They definitely are more absorbent because I have trialed multiple different brands over my time of having a period in my life. But I feel like maybe it's just a bit of a marketing thing. There's probably more to it. More than one option in the company. Oh, like buying psychology. This versus this.
Also, like, I wonder if there's a price discrepancy on that. I haven't actually ever noticed that. But I wonder if you buy a regular tampon versus a super tampon if a super is more expensive. Because then we just unlock something and maybe we should be starting a tampon brand.
Yeah. You know what I love? There is a few cool things that are happening because like sanitary products should be free. Like it's something like that shouldn't be taxed. It makes no sense because we don't have a choice about bleeding. But there's some cool things where in like high schools and different locations, there's those vending machines. People can access it for free. Yeah.
Like I think that's really cool. That needs to be everywhere. Yeah.
