You can find us at Oilers underscore now underscore. Top story for Legacy Heating and Cooling. Home and no payments and no interest for a year. That's how you build a legacy. Legacy heating and cooling. Bobby and Steve and the team at Legacy. This guy's doing an awesome job. Uh top story, Calvin Pickard gets the start in goal. Stewart Skinner uh just giving up one goal against the last two games. The problem was uh the one goal against against Minnesota was the difference in the hockey game. But uh it is Pickard's start tonight. Would not surprise me if the next three home games, in which the orders are going to be playing teams on the second of the back to back, uh we will end up seeing uh Stu uh Skinner start all three games.

More home at time uh more home time for the Evans and Oilers results and more practice time. Here's Oilers head coach Chris Dalbach on the luxury of having more time here at Spice in the Nice District.
Think whether we're at home or on the road, I think there should be urgency to get back in the playoff picture and get above um just winning more hockey games. Uh it is nice being home. Uh I think for for a couple of reasons. One, that we are at home that's we we like playing here. It's nice to be in Rogers, uh playing in front of our fans, that's one of it. But uh with the schedule now that we are home, uh we're not traveling so much, we also get more practice time that we can work on things in our game which um you know first seven weeks of the season we've had very little time to do.
All right. Uh the order's defensive plays improved over the last two games. Here's Chris Knoblock.
Which Oilers prospects are highlighted as potential impact players for next season?
We can still get better with the puck, uh moving the puck up the ice together. Uh it wasn't uh perfect um the other night, but I thought we managed to puck pretty well against Minnesota. Uh we did have some turnovers, but I liked how we respond to those turnovers and were able to defend right away and not uh exposing the middle of the ice.
